Helen began her training in The Bowen Technique in 2002 with the European College of Bowen Studies (ECBS), which is widely recognised as Europe's leading Bowen school.
She passed her final exams in July 2003, and since then has gained a reputation as a highly effective practitioner with clients of all ages.
As a full member of the Bowen Therapists' Professional Association (BTPA), and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH), she regularly attends training courses in the Bowen Technique as part of her Continuing Professional Development (CPD). She also has a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, and has many years experience in first aid.
Although Bowen is the main focus of her practice, Helen also is qualified in the disciplines of Reiki and Indian Head Massage.
"I knew nothing about Bowen but was immediately impressed, not just by the therapy but by Helen Cooper's skill, caring and natural concern for her clients. She is one of nature's healers!"
